Before you apply you will need:
A 500 word personal statement telling us a little about yourself, why you would like to attend your chosen program and what you hope to get out of the program. This can be written or video taped.
Creative Semester Gap Year
Before you apply please read our Eligibility Criteria and Student Policies carefully. These are the rules and ethos that guide our program and which you will be expected to uphold. Please get in touch if you have any questions about these policies.
We have Merit, Financial Need and Diversity Scholarships available. Please read our scholarship information HERE including requirements to qualify and amounts available. Scholarship applications are done through the regular online application.
Complete the online application form found here. You can attach your personal statement and supporting materials in the online application form.
Your application will be reviewed and you should hear from us in 7-10 days. After your successful application, you will receive an email offering you a place on the program. Your deposit will then be due to secure your space:
Gap Year Programs Deposit $2500
High School Summer Program Deposit $1000
If you are a Financial Need or Diversity Scholar, we will arrange a deposit amount and payment schedule with you that fits your individual situation.
Make your final payment for your program. Final payment is due:
Nov 1st for Creative Semester Gap Year
April 1st for Summer High School Programs
If you apply after these deadlines, payment in full will be due when you are accepted into the program.
Summer Programs: You may withdraw up to up to 60 days before the start date of the program and receive a full refund. Between 60-30 days before the start date of the program you will receive a refund minus your deposit. There are no refunds 30 days before the start of the program.
Gap Year Program: You may withdraw up to Nov 1st, 2021 and receive a refund minus your deposit. Due to the nature of this program, we are unable to offer any refunds after Dec 1st, 2021.
If our program is cancelled for any reason, including Covid 19 safety restrictions, you will receive a full refund of all fees including your deposit.

Student Policies Agreement
It is recommended that you book your travel 60 days before the start date of your program.
A packing list will be sent to you 60 days before the start date of your program. When you are ready to pack for your trip please be sure to read through our suggestions about what and what not to bring and follow our guidelines with regards to travel insurance.
