APPLICATION PROCESS​

First Steps

Please read through the website and make sure that you familiarize yourself with the program. Applicants are also asked to read our Eligibility Criteria and Code of Conduct and a sample of our Participant Handbook.

Next Steps - Schedule a Zoom 

Please schedule a zoom meet up with the Program Director before you apply. This is a chance to ask questions about the program and make sure it is a good fit before completing the application.  Parents are welcome to join but we ask that you, the participant, take the lead with your application at all steps of the process.

You can attach your personal statement and supporting materials in the online application form.

Scholarship Information

We have Financial Need Scholarships available for 20-50% off the program tuition for qualifying students. Please read our scholarship information FOUND HERE before you apply for a scholarship. 

​

Acceptance/Deposit

Your application will be reviewed within 7-10 days, you will receive a decision regarding your application. This may include some additional questions around your application or an additional zoom interview. You will be offered a place on the program via email which will include an acceptance letter that outlines paying your tuition and booking your travel.

Payment Deadlines

A $2500 deposit will then be due to secure your space for a gap year program and a $1500 deposit for a summer program.  Final payment is due 90 days before your program start date. If you apply after this deadline, payment in full will be due when you are accepted into the program to hold your space.

​

Withdrawal/Refunds

You may withdraw up to the final payment deadline and receive a refund minus a $500 administrative fee.  After the final payment deadline there are no refunds.

​

Pre-program Zoom Meet Up

There will be a pre-departure meeting 2 weeks before arrival day. These are an opportunity for you and your parents to ask questions, meet us and meet other program participants.

Forms to Complete

Complete and return the following forms 30 days before the start of your program (A link will be sent to you)​

3. Online Policies and Conduct Acknowledgement 

​

It is recommended that you book your travel 60 days before the start date of your program.
